One platform for Belgian company data

Search any Belgian company, read its complete dossier, keep the ones that matter in lists and be told when they change. The web app and the API serve the same data.

Everything in one company dossier

Each block names the register it comes from.

Identity and status

Name, legal form, enterprise and VAT numbers, registered office, activities (NACE) and legal situation, from the BCE/KBO.

Filed annual accounts

Balance sheet and income statement over several years, read from the filings at the National Bank, with the key figures side by side.

Explained health score

A rating from healthy to risky, with the reasons that support it: equity, results, debts and their trend.

Directors and mandates

The mandates declared in the annual accounts, with their role and period.

Official Gazette events

Every published act read into dated events: appointments, resignations, office moves, capital changes, bankruptcy, reorganisation.

Links between companies

The other companies named in the acts, so you can follow a group or a shared management.

Establishments and address

Registered office and establishment units, matched to the official BOSA address reference.

Peppol registration

Whether the company can receive electronic invoices over the Peppol network.

What the platform does

A score you can explain to someone else

The score is computed from the accounts the company filed itself. It shows the figures that drive it, so a credit decision does not rest on a number nobody can justify.

  • Four levels: healthy, fragile, risky, not enough data
  • The reasons are listed under the score, in plain words
  • The history of the score is kept for the companies you watch

Monitoring that reads the Official Gazette for you

Put companies in a list and switch the watch on. Every morning you receive what changed: new acts, new accounts, a change of status.

  • A daily digest by e-mail
  • A signed webhook to push the same events into your own systems
  • A merged activity feed across every list you watch

The same data through the API

Every dossier is also available over a REST API, with address autocomplete, validation and geocoding on the official BOSA reference. Keys are created in the app and metered on the same plan.
