A request is one API call: an address, a lookup by enterprise number, a page of results or one row to match. A dossier is one complete company, counted once a month whether you open it in the app or through the API.

Questions about the plans
What is a dossier?
A dossier is one complete company: identity, filed accounts, health score, directors and Official Gazette events. It is counted once per company per month for your whole organisation, whether you open it in the app or through the API, and opening it again that month is free.
What is a request?
Every API call that does not open a dossier: an address suggestion, a validation, a lookup by enterprise number, a page of search results or one row of a bulk match. Searching inside the app is not counted.
Can I try Addrly before paying?
Yes. The free plan gives you 20 complete dossiers and 1,000 requests every month, with no card and no time limit.
How many companies can I watch?
The watch is included from the Intelligence plan: 500 companies on Intelligence and 2,000 on Portfolio. Insight does not include it. Changes reach you by e-mail and in the app. Taking a company out of the watch always works, on every plan.
How are paid plans billed?
Monthly, by HVG Solutions, the Belgian company that publishes Addrly. Payment is made by SEPA direct debit, through a mandate you sign online when you subscribe.
Can I cancel or change plan?
Yes, from your settings. A change can apply immediately or at the end of the current period, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
What happens when I run out?
In the app, the dossier still opens with its free blocks and tells you what is withheld. Over the API, the call is refused until the next period, unless you switched on overage in your settings, at one price per unit on every plan.
Is the API included?
The company API is part of every company plan and uses the same requests and dossiers as the app. Bulk matching of a whole list is included from the Intelligence plan.

For high volumes or a dedicated integration, yes. Write to us from the contact page and tell us about your volume and your use case.
