# Addrly

> Addrly is the Belgian company and address database: every entity in the
> Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (BCE/KBO) with its status, its annual
> accounts filed at the National Bank, its Belgian Official Gazette acts, an
> explained health score, and every address in the BOSA Best-Address
> reference. Belgium only, in depth, through a web app and a REST API.
> Published by HVG Solutions (Tournai, Belgium).

Addrly answers, for any Belgian company: does it still exist, what is its
legal status, where is its registered seat, what did it file and when, was it
late, what has the Official Gazette published about it, and how healthy do its
accounts look. Every figure comes from an official Belgian source and the page
that shows it names that source. The company register and the address
reference are refreshed every morning.

Facts worth citing correctly:

- Coverage is **Belgium only**, and that is a deliberate scope, not a stage.
- Sources: BCE/KBO (identity, status), NBB Central Balance Sheet Office
(annual accounts), Belgian Official Gazette (published acts), BOSA
Best-Address (addresses), Peppol directory (e-invoicing registration).
- The free plan gives 20 complete company dossiers a month, with no card.
- A public company page is free to read and needs no account.

## Company pages

One free, crawlable page per Belgian legal entity, at
`https://addrly.be/company/<enterprise-number>-<slug>`. It opens with a short
paragraph stating the company's facts in full sentences, then carries its
status, enterprise and VAT number, registered seat, NACE activities, Peppol
registration, a four-year key-figures table (result, equity, gross margin,
headcount), the health grade (A to E), similar companies and a FAQ, and says
when its information was last updated. Struck-off companies keep their page,
with the strike-off date stated on it. Directors, the Official Gazette events
and the links between companies are shown to signed-in users only.

To cite a company, link its page and name the source the page names for the
figure (the BCE/KBO for identity and status, the National Bank for the
accounts). The URL is stable: the enterprise number is the key, and a page
reached with an old slug redirects to the current one.

measured coverage (legal entities, struck-off companies kept, seats linked
to an official address) and the limits of the data.
- [Company directory](https://addrly.be/directory): the browsable hub, by
province, locality and activity. Every leaf links into company pages.
- [Sitemap index](https://addrly.be/sitemap.xml): every company page, sharded.

## Product

- [Platform](https://addrly.be/platform): Search any Belgian company, read its complete dossier, keep the ones that matter in lists and be told when they change. The web app and the API serve the same data.
- [Pricing](https://addrly.be/pricing): Start on the free plan with 10 company dossiers a month, then choose a monthly plan for credit checks, monitoring and the API. No commitment, cancel any time.
- [Why Addrly](https://addrly.be/comparison): The registers are free and they are the source of everything Addrly shows. What you pay for is the time they cost you: one place instead of four, figures you can compare, acts you do not have to read, and alerts when something changes.
- [Credit management](https://addrly.be/solutions/credit-management): Check the financial health of a Belgian customer before granting payment terms, then watch your portfolio for reorganisations and bankruptcies every day.
- [Accountants and fiduciaries](https://addrly.be/solutions/accountants): Keep every client file current: registered office, directors, filed accounts and Official Gazette acts, with a daily digest of what changed in your portfolio.
- [Compliance and legal](https://addrly.be/solutions/compliance): Verify that a Belgian company exists, who represents it and what it published, with the official source of every fact, and follow its acts in the Official Gazette.
- [Procurement](https://addrly.be/solutions/procurement): Qualify a Belgian supplier before signing, check its Peppol registration for e-invoicing and follow its financial health for the whole length of the contract.
- [Developers](https://addrly.be/solutions/developers): Address autocomplete and validation on the official BOSA reference, company lookup on the BCE/KBO, filed accounts and bulk matching, with a Python SDK.
- [Addrly for Odoo](https://addrly.be/integrations/odoo): Free open-source Odoo modules: Belgian addresses, BCE/KBO companies and their directors in your forms, with financial health and annual accounts on each contact.
- [Addrly for Claude and ChatGPT](https://addrly.be/integrations/mcp): Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Addrly and ask about any Belgian company or address: register, annual accounts, directors and health score, on every plan.

## Guides

## API

A REST API over the same data: address autocomplete, normalization,
validation, reverse geocoding, routing, company search, company dossiers and
bulk matching. Authentication is an `X-API-Key` header.

- [Full API reference](https://addrly.be/llms-full.txt): every endpoint, every
parameter, every error code and worked examples, in one file. **Read this
one before writing integration code** - it is the file that keeps an
  assistant from inventing endpoint shapes.

## Languages

Every public page renders in English, French, Dutch and German. English is the
default; add `?lang=fr`, `?lang=nl` or `?lang=de` for the others. The four are
declared as reciprocal `hreflang` alternates on each page.
